Applications · Venues and events
Venue, event and hospitality managers use Surface Printers to print sponsor graphics, entry floors, lobby walls and wayfinding onto the surface itself, then print the next sponsor when the contract changes.
Who it's for
Sponsors change, events change and the lobby gets a new look every season. Think about it this way: every banner, floor decal and wall wrap you order is a graphic you could print onto the surface yourself.
Venues
Sponsor walls, concourse wayfinding, suite and club graphics, entry floors. Print the next sponsor when the contract changes.
Hospitality
Lobby feature walls, brand walls, room-number and amenity graphics, restaurant and bar murals across the property.
Community
Lobby walls, kids' wings, mission statements and event backdrops, printed by your own facilities team.
What gets printed
Sponsor walls, entry and concourse floors, lobby features, wayfinding and backdrops. Walls run on the Pro or Tech Series, floors on the Floor Series, all with white ink standard.
City skyline on a display wall.
Food illustration printed on a floor.
Flag printed directly on a floor.
Event floor decals
Print, laminate, ship and install, then pull them up after the event. Printing direct puts the ink on the floor.
Sponsor banners and wall wraps
Printed onto the wall itself, then painted and reprinted when the sponsor changes.
Outsourced lobby graphics
Your facilities team prints the new look on its own schedule.
Which printer, and questions
Most venues print both: walls on the Pro Series Package at $44,995 or the Tech Series Package at $39,995, floors on the Floor Series Package at $39,995. Every new package includes training, lifetime support and up to five years of hardware warranty.
Yes, with the Floor Series, on sealed concrete, coated floors and other hard floors. Every venue floor sees different traffic, so send Jason a photo of the spot and he'll recommend placement and whether a clear coat makes sense.
Paint the wall and print the new file. At 10 to 20 sq ft an hour, a 100 square foot sponsor wall is a day or two.
Every floor and finish is different. If your safety team or insurer has requirements, call Jason at 910.679.0962 and he'll give you a straight recommendation for your floor.
Outdoors, ask Jason whether a clear coat makes sense for your surface and exposure. Send a photo of the space and Jason will tell you how that job runs.
Text a photo of the wall or floor and its rough size to Jason Ott. You'll hear back with the prep, the print time and which printer package fits.
