Applications · Warehouses and plants
Plant managers, warehouse supervisors and safety leads use Surface Printers to print aisle and zone markings, department identification, wayfinding and safety graphics straight onto sealed concrete floors and plant walls.
Who it's for
Layouts change, departments move and floor tape peels. Here's the thing: the markings and graphics you reorder every time can be printed by your own team, on your schedule.
Plants
Department and cell identification, visual management boards, line graphics and brand walls in the plant and the office.
Warehouses
Zone identification, pick-path wayfinding, dock door numbers and location graphics on walls and floors.
Safety
Safety graphics and wall signage you can reprint the day a layout changes, instead of waiting on a sign order.
Zone and department identification on floors and walls
Wayfinding and pick paths printed on sealed concrete
Dock door and location numbers on block and metal
Safety graphics and wall signage on painted walls
Visual management boards printed onto the wall
Brand walls in the lobby, break room and offices
Getting it right
The concrete, the sealer, the traffic and the cleaning routine all change what works. Send Jason photos of the floor and tell him how it's used. He and the support team will recommend what to print, where it works best and where tape or paint still makes more sense, based on what owners see in the field.
Floors run on the Floor Series Package at $39,995. Walls run on the Pro Series Package at $44,995 or the Tech Series Package at $39,995. Every new package includes training, lifetime support and up to five years of hardware warranty.
Yes, onto sealed and unsealed concrete with the Floor Series. Tell us how each aisle is used and we'll recommend where to start. Zones, walkways and department areas are the easiest wins.
10 to 20 sq ft an hour, plus setup. A 100 square foot zone graphic is five to ten hours of print time. More on how a floor job runs, start to finish.
Yes. It has no battery, so it needs power at the floor.
Ink runs about fifty cents a square foot. Put your current floor marking spend into the cost model to see the payback on your own numbers.
Text a photo of the floor or wall and its rough square footage to Jason Ott. You'll hear back with the prep, the print time and which printer package fits.
